Hey, it's #fabricfriday! Today we have the pleasure of welcoming a talented interior designer and friend of ours to our Journal. Amy Berry of Amy Berry Design in Dallas, TX has compiled this stunner of a Palette which we're both feeling big time. We had a visit from our Donghia rep this week and were completely enchanted with Pierre Frey's Spring 2015 Origines collection, which is a textile tribute to indigenous tribes from around the wold. Sandy, with its embroidery and shells, is a motif based on the necklaces made and worn by Aboriginal people and Kagura is a printed linen toile depicting partially overlapping traditional Japanese theatre masks in bold colors. Gorgeous, no?! We paired these two stunners with a versatile new Dominique Kieffer tweed and simply adore the fact that its salvage can be cut and used as a brush trim.

We've been so busy working on client projects and getting our new website ready for launch (sneak peek below) that somehow a whole week has gone by with nary a blog post! ... but Friday just wouldn't be Friday without Palette. Thanks again to our dear friend Nicky Rising who allowed us to crash her beautiful showroom for an afternoon and put together several Palettes while we were in LA for our LCDQ Legends 2014 event. We could have developed a year's worth of Palettes between her gorgeous stash of vintage textiles and the incredible lines of wallpapers and textiles that she represents.
